The TLC star has been co-parenting her kids with the latter. However, Karen faced serious accusations after she sent her threatening emails. She wrote, “I could kill you, and it won’t even bother me to go to jail, and I’ll kill any of my kids if they take your side.”

The TLC star indicated having a gun and made threats against her ex, their kids, and his future lover. Karen told Deon that she had lots of cousins and she would love to watch him die a slow death. She pleaded not guilty, and her legal team called the claims fabricated by her ex.

Deon Derrico is in the middle of a legal war with his ex, Karen. He made some serious accusations against her for threatening to kill him and their kids. The DDWTD star finally broke his silence and shared his side of the story with the audience. Deon stated, “It really alarmed and alerted me when my children told me that she had threatened to kill them.”

He explained that they have been trying to work things out, even though they got divorced two years ago. The Doubling Down With The Star realized last year that it couldn’t work. Deon claimed that Karen wanted them to remarry, but he didn’t like the games she played when they were first married. He noted that his ex moved out of the family home and got her own place.

Some of the children primarily stayed with him, while the others stayed with her. Karen filed a temporary protective order against Deon after a disagreement, but the judge ultimately dismissed it. He also filed a protective order, which led to the threats. The TLC star told Parade that she started emailing him if they could resolve it and end their TPOs.

Deon initially didn’t respond to the emails, and she began threatening him. He stated, “I also have audio of her admitting to having threatened the children.” The DDWTD star ultimately filed a police report after her behavior started raising concerns.
