Mieruko-Chan, aka The Girl That Sees Them, is a Japanese horror-comedy manga series by Tomoki Izumi. Its serialization began in November 2018. Since then, the authors have published four volumes. Its fifth volume will release very soon, on March 22, 2021. The manga series has received a great response so far, as the fans really liked the blend of horror and comedy.

Along with the announcement video, the makers also released the official synopsis for Mieruko-Chan anime. It reads, “One day, Miko suddenly began seeing unusual beings that others could not. Her acknowledgment was not to run, not to meet them, but to do everything she can to ignore them completely! Can she keep a plain face and maintain her day-to-day life while surrounded by horrifying monsters?”

The makers only revealed that the anime series is scheduled for this year. However, they didn’t reveal its exact release date. But the fans don’t need to worry as they won’t have to wait for a long time to see the premiere of the horror-comedy. They can expect Mieruko-Chan anime to premiere in the third quarter of 2021.
