It’s been 35 years since the discovery of the Terminator world. And again, the iconic movie franchise is back for another run. ‘Terminator 6’ will be the next installment of the franchise, featuring machine world and their expansion. The sixth chapter is titled Terminator: Dark Fate.
Terminator: Dark fate will be directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) alongside James Cameron as the co-creator and producer. Paramount Pictures distributes the movie in North America, while Walt Disney Studios and Motion Pictures worldwide.

Terminator 6: Judgement Day’s Sequel

There have been five terminator movies before Dark Fate. However, the sixth one will be the direct sequel of the second movie of the series, Terminator: Judgement Day. Meanwhile, the other films, Rise of the Machines, Salvation, and Genisys occurred in different time frames.
The star, Linda herself also commented in this context. According to her, The last few movies were very forgettable, with too many people and story points. She also added that this time, the team narrowed down the focus again so the movie will echo the first two films.

New Characters in the Movie

Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger as T-800 “Model 101” and Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor are returning from the first two films. Along with the leads, some new cast members are also added to the movie. Mackenzie Davis joins as Grace, a soldier-assassin, Natalie Reyes as Dani Ramos and Diego Boneta as Miguel Ramos.
The audience will see a new Terminator included in the movie. Gabriel Luna will play T-1000, an updated version which can split into two separate units. Jude Collie joined the movie series as John Connor, Sarah’s son, destined to save humanity against the machines in the future. Moreover, Enrique Arce also joined the movie, but his character is yet to reveal.

Terminator 6: First Clip Released at CinemaCon

The first footage of the Dark Fate recently debuted at CinemaCon 2019. The footage was five minutes long. It featured two significant scenes from the movie along with a sizzle at the end. Although the footage resulted in getting the audience more curious about the film.

The First Scene Features the Beginning.

Terminator 6 is set in Mexico City. The footage begins with the blue electric thundering as someone is approaching from the future. The iconic blue ball appears the road halfway. The ball opens, and a person falls from the sky hitting the bridge pillars down the ball. Meanwhile, a couple making out under the bridge sees the naked female on the ground. They help her and carries her to the car. Mackenzie Davis plays the girl’s character.
After, the police officers arrive and make fun of the fact that the girl fell from the sky. She suddenly wakes up when touched by one of the police officers and gets all hassled up seeing the guns. She then smashes all the police officers to the ground. The couple thanks her for saving them. However, she left the place in the couple’s car saying “Don’t thank me yet.”

Second One Full of Action

The second half of the clip filled with so much action and suspense. The clip featured the entrance of Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor, saving Mackenzie and Reyes from the dual terminator unit, T-1000. The clip also introduced an amazing air battle, Arnold’s T-801 on a helicopter, shooting a plane in the air only. After that, he jumps down from the helicopter and lands on a windshield to save someone. Furthermore, the near end of the clip featured people fighting cyborgs and helicopters whirring, signaling a whole lot of fun and action in the movie.

Terminator 6: Release Date

The production work of the movie is still on the run and is about to wrap up soon. The release date of the film shuffled so much, with previous dates of July 26 and November 22, 2019. However, Terminator: Dark Fate is scheduled to premiere on November 1, 2019.
