The 1000 Lb Best Friend star’s weight has significantly increased. Currently, Cross weighs around 441.6 Lb. However, things took a drastic turn when Jacob stepped on the weighing scale.
Turns out Vanessa’s son weighs more than her. The 18-year old is twenty-five times heavier than her. In addition, the doctor mentioned that Jacob is pre-diabetic. And he needs to lose weight. Otherwise, he will face the repercussions of it. Vanessa is devastated as she does not want her son to go through what she’s going through.
