She got into a consistent diet and removed intuitive eating. Fans love this moment as Brittany can finally see the results of her consistent hard work.

Chris also praised her. He shared that she weighed 218 pounds on surgery day. Six months later, the scale dropped, and her jeans no longer fit. Brittany moved from size 20 to 18, which felt huge. Chris joked that replacing loose outfits hurts his wallet, but he loves her progress. When Brittany asked him to pick her up, he did so sweetly. Chris teased that he looked bigger beside her.
