His case summary from the Lucas County Coroner’s Office reveals that the TLC star had enlarged cardiomyocytes with patchy interstitial fibrosis.
Additionally, Willingham had heavy mucus in both bronchi along with mechanical compression of the lungs that collapsed the left and inflated the right lung. Further, the 1000 Lb Sisters star was found unresponsive at the Ohio center. As per the reports, the paramedics made several attempts to save him but failed.
