They arrested Tammy on drug possession and Marijuana charges, and the star had to fight the case in court. But there is some new development in the case. The court decided to dismiss the case.
1000 Lb Sisters: New Development In Tammy’s Drug Possession Case — Court Dismisses Case
Tammy is a reality TV star, but she also likes to enjoy her life like every other person. The 1000 Lb Sisters star often posts photos and videos of herself on social media. She also goes on outings with her friends. On one such outing, Tammy got into trouble with the cops. She had been out on a drive with her friend when the incident occurred on August 7, 2023.
While on a drive with her friend, Tammy was sitting in the passenger seat. The driver must have been speeding as the cops pulled them over in Sturgis, Kentucky. While checking the car around 5:15 pm, a cop smelled “mar*juana” in “the vehicle.” So he decided to speak to the driver about it. When he questioned the driver, Tammy made a big confession. She revealed she had drugs “in her purse.”
Tammy admitted she had marijuana and drugs “in her purse.” They were in “a glass jar,” and the marijuana was “approximately an ounce or more.” After her confession, the cops arrested Tammy. The star also had to fight a court case for the same. Luckily, the Judge didn’t give Tammy a hard time with the case.
The Judge made a relatively easy ruling for Tammy’s case during the court case last year. He revealed the court would dismiss the case. However, there were conditions that the 1000 Lb Sisters star had to follow for the dismissal. The Judge told Tammy she had to complete a Marijuana Education Program.
Apart from that, Tammy also had to stay out of trouble for at least six months. Since Tammy met both conditions, RadarOnline revealed that the court had dropped her case yesterday. The star had one count of marijuana possession and two of drug paraphernalia possession. But the court dismissed all of them.
1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction
Since her weight loss, Tammy has been trying many new dressing styles. She recently posted a photo of her and Haley Michelle wearing cute outfits. The 1000 Lb Sisters star wore an off-the-shoulder top. She accessorized it with red lipstick, silver rings, a long silver necklace, and a rubber orange bracelet. Tammy also put a butterfly clip in her hair.
While the TLC star looked amazing, it seemed like she might have had a slight wardrobe malfunction. Tammy has lost close to 31 stones of weight. So her top was slightly lower, showcasing her chest tattoo and collar bones!
But the fans still appreciated Tammy’s fashion sense. They also seemed “proud” of “how far” the star has come.
