Moreover, Tammy had to appear in court on August 31 for her arraignment. Apart from this, there was also a “pre-trial” conference scheduled for her on October 5. However, it wasn’t compulsory for her to attend that. The purpose of the said conference is to determine if the defense and prosecution team have settled on a guilty plea.
