The Johnstons love the new roles of Aunts, Uncles, Parents, and Grandparents. Liz and her family keep sharing photos and videos of Leighton Drew Bolden. Many of these photos are about the milestones and updates of baby Leighton. And now the new mom has shared another adorable news on Instagram!
Liz Johnston loves sharing things about her daughter with 7 Little Johnstons fans. And since she is a new mom, this enthusiasm is justified. More recently, though, Liz’s mom, Amber, gave another adorable update about her granddaughter. The star took to Instagram to upload pictures celebrating her granddaughter’s 6-week birthday.
Baby Leighton was the star in these photos. The carousel post had a picture of the baby sleeping. Leighton had a pink and white-colored outfit, donning a pink bow. It was an extremely cute picture, and Grandma Amber had captioned it. The caption text was, “6 weeks of loving you.” Leighton’s photos and the adorable caption made the fans’ day.
A few of them even commented about how “precious” the little one looked. Many comments also called baby Leighton “beautiful” and “perfect.” The 7 Little Johnstons official account had another sweet picture. But this time, it featured Aunt Emma with her niece Leighton in the story. The aunt-niece duo cuddled each other, and the photo caption read – “snuggle bug.”
7 Little Johnstons: New Mom Liz Has Postpartum Depression?!
Most people struggle when they become new parents. But sometimes, mothers face more hardships than fathers. And a lot of times, moms also develop postpartum depression. The 7 Little Johnstons star might also be going through the same. Liz’s new story upload was very different from her usual ones.
The new mom usually posted stories about her daughter or her family with her daughter. But this time, she had uploaded about a very heavy and sometimes taboo topic. Liz’s story was dedicated to mothers suffering from postpartum depression. The line mentioned, “Newborns will NOT remember(ing) who held them.” However, the story continued, saying mothers “WOULD always remember.”
In her story, Liz talked about suffering from postpartum depression. She also stressed that this did not mean they loved their babies any less. Her fans were a bit shocked by the story, but they still expressed their support. Some fans told her to seek more professional help, and others just wished her well.
