The now-deleted post stated that she wants to work as a PA, i.e., Production Assistant. It is someone who “assists” the rest of the crew on the set with things like “printing scripts” and “circulating messages” among the entire cast and crew. PA people usually work with the first or the second assistant directors directly. So, viewers were glad to see Ariela wishing to have a “real job” instead of having an OnlyFans account like some of the other castmates from the show.
