Only two episodes have aired since 90 Day Fiance’s brand new Hunt For Love took over the channel. Already, there are a lot of shocking things that have taken place. It has eight cast members who have already starred in the show i.e., Usman, Tiffany, Colt, Cortney, Usman, Chantel, Jennifer and Tim. They are at a resort with 16 other cast members, eight new single men and women each.
Now, all the cast members must mingle and try to form genuine love connections. But it seems like anger and frustrations are running at an all time high among many cast members. This includes Chantel and Usman. So, what exactly happened between the two? Let’s find out.
90 Day Fiance: Chantel Calls Usman A Scammer! He’s Furious
It’s been a while since Chantel appeared on 90 Day Fiance alongside her husband, Pedro Jimeno. Their show The Family Chantel ended when they divorced one another. Since then, they had not seen the former fight anyone on screen with intensity. Well, that changed when she became a star on Hunt For Love and came across Usman Umar. Both of them locked instantly after Chantel told everyone how the other was a scammer.
Well, Usman said he was tired of this perception about Nigerians for being scammers. He instead advised her to “invest in” what he was saying instead of believing things on the internet. However, there was no convincing Chantel. She wanted to believe what she had read and also wanted her friend and fellow castmate Cortney to “watch her back” when she was spending time with Usman.
90 Day Fiance: Chantel Challenges Usman To Fight Her?! How Did This Happen?!
Well, it looks like tensions are at an all-time high among the eight 90 Day Fiance cast members. The two cast members who are not on eachother’s good books are Usman and Chantel. It was all because of the latter’s belief that he is a scammer, as she read about it on social media. Well, fans are divided. Some agree with Chantel, others believe that if Usman isn’t messing with her, she should reciprocate.
In the latest episode of the show, Chantel confronted Usman, and she also heard a rumor about herself coming from him. It was rather aggressive. Well, the latter had told someone that if Chantel had not been a woman, he would have punched her. He then clarified that he would never raise his hand on a woman. The Nigerian musician explained that it was because of her constantly calling him a scammer.
Well, it made Chantel rile up, she pulled up her hair and stood infront of Usman. In a way, she was pushing him to act on his threat. Many believed it was like she was challenging him to fight her. But Usman remained calm, and her actions didn’t bother him. After realising that she won’t get a reaction out of Usman, Chantel decided it was time to call it a night and went to bed.
