However, Cortney left viewers in disbelief when she told her parents that her ex was coming to Orlando to have another major surgery. She stated, “They’re saying the ligaments in his knee need to be replaced, so he has to have another surgery.” She explained that her partner found a doctor who would accept the insurance and stuff, so he was coming back.

The TLC star’s parents hoped she wouldn’t invite him back to their home. Cortney assured her parents that her ex would not stay at their place. But she would go to the airport to pick him up. She noted, “I guess the doorways are small there, so he’s been using crutches cause the wheelchair and walker are too big.” As per Us Weekly, the reality TV star agreed to help Colt settle down in the hotel room.
