He is refusing to accept earlier findings that labeled his daughter’s demise as “non-accidental.” The celeb also decided to speak to the media about the entire incident and explained why he was not ready to accept the authorities’ conclusion.

90 Day Fiance star Leida’s daughter Alisa’s demise case took a new turn when the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) recently released its “6-Month Final Summary Report.” It claimed that the Medical Examiner has concluded that Alisa lost her life because of “Non-Accidental Trauma” The report further listed all the incidents that took place.

The report states that Alisa’s injuries were not because of an accident. Even after all this, it seems that Leida is sure she is not in trouble. A famous blogger, kikiandkibbitz, revealed that Leida spoke with one of their followers and said she was sure she wouldn’t have to go behind the bar. She is confident that she would NOT be arrested despite the fact that her baby passed away from “non-accidental trauma.”

90 Day Fiance stars Eric and Leida are not ready to accept the official findings related to Alisa’s death. Hence, they decided to hire a new private medical examiner and do the investigation all over again. Eric even had a talk with TMZ where he straight away denied accepting the fact that Alisa lost her life because of “non-accidental trauma.”

Eric further claimed that his medical examiner pleaded that the original autopsy was not properly performed and that there were many flaws. This is because their ME claims that the official examiner didn’t perform all the steps. He explained that his ME hinted at the possibility of Alisa getting one injury during birth. She could have possibly endured it during the C-section.

When it comes to broken ribs, Eric says that it could be a result of CPR efforts. He explained how a person could break ribs during “resuscitation attempts.” He then revealed that he and Leida had decided to speak with the Adams County Health and Human Services Department about their report. But he claimed that the noted department was not interested in what they had to say.

Eric appeared to be really frustrated, even claiming that the noted department was “the definition of fascism.” He believes that CPS is a “hammer” and “every parent is a nail” for them.
