Leida Margaretha has obtained a restraining order from the court after he had to stay in lockup. Reports revealed that she applied for it on July 7th by citing the reason as verbal and physical abuse. Later, she explained the whole incident behind the closed doors, saying he snapped at her minutes after she informed him that his dog bit her.

Leida provided fans with evidence to believe her and not trust Eric. The photos she shared are screenshots from her house’s CCTV camera, along with her facial injuries. Well, she also went ahead to mention the second violence done to her, cited on July 4. Under the influence of alcohol, Eric slapped her. The cops noticed the red marks on her cheeks and booked him for DUI the next day.

On July 14, Eric Rosenbrook got fresh new citations from the court against him that revealed him driving a vehicle while he was drunk. Also, he possessed the intoxicant when the Adams Police Department encountered him on July 5. Police were searching for him soon after Leida stated he slapped her in the complaint document.

According to Leida, she held their baby while Eric began arguing with her. She asked him why he drinks so much if he can’t control himself. She picked up her daughter, who was severely injured from the blows. Even after immediate medical attention for their child, the doctors couldn’t save her in time.

Hence, Leida, a new mom, was mourning the biggest loss of her life. Many fans sympathized with her, but some pointed out the controversial history of her marital life. Every year, police kept hearing from the former reality star twice or thrice a year about how her husband assaulted her. She accused him of alcohol abuse. 

The day after the complaint was registered, some officers spotted a white Audi parked with its lights on, accompanied by a male driver. The person identified as Eric, who didn’t feel sorry for having an open intoxicating substance in the side cup holder. As he was asleep, they woke him up to interrogate him and then detained him.
