However, they learn a shocking truth about the K-1 visa. The petitioner for the visa needs to earn an income of atleast $26,500. In this case, the petitioner is Forrest.

Further, the immigration lawyer asks about Forrest’s job. The reality star says he is not working at the moment, but he can prove that he gets paid. He further clarifies that he receives disability benefits every month. Forrest states that the benefits he receives are good enough to live by – get an apartment, groceries, and live on a day-to-day basis.
