90 Day Fiance: Forrest And Sheena’s Engagement News Leaves Molly Raging

Forrest finally proposed to Sheena, much against his mother’s wish for him to slow down. The 90 Day Fiance star eventually got down on one knee and proposed. When Forrest and Sheena shared the engagement news, Molly was furious. She sarcastically said she was “so ecstatic.” Then, she reminded Forrest that she told him to wait. Molly felt he went behind her back. She questioned why she was even in the country if he would not listen to her advice.

Molly did not stop there. She also accused Sheena of manipulating Forrest. Some fans think parts of the storyline feel staged, but Molly’s anger looked real. Her words and facial expressions showed it clearly. Molly also claimed that now that Sheena has what she wanted, Forrest’s life is over. It baffled fans to see Molly act as if her son came from money. They also believed Forrest, who is 32 and autistic, should be able to decide when to propose to his longtime girlfriend.

90 Day Fiance: Forrest Learns His Disability Checks Don’t Count For Filing A K-1 Visa

In a recent sneak peek of 90 Day Fiance, Forrest and Sheena meet with an immigration lawyer. They discuss what it takes to apply for a K-1 visa. Now that Sheena and Forrest are engaged, they are planning to settle in the US. For that, Sheena needs to get her spousal visa so she can live with Forrest in his country. However, they learn a shocking truth about the K-1 visa. The petitioner for the visa needs to earn an income of atleast $26,500. In this case, the petitioner is Forrest.

Further, the immigration lawyer asks about Forrest’s job. The reality star says he is not working at the moment, but he can prove that he gets paid. He further clarifies that he receives disability benefits every month. Forrest states that the benefits he receives are good enough to live by – get an apartment, groceries, and live on a day-to-day basis. That’s when the lawyer drops the bombshell: disability benefits are not income.

This news surprises Forrest. Forrest also learns the minimum income required to file a spousal visa, which is not shared. The petitioner, meaning Forrest alone, needs to earn $26,500 annually. It cannot be a joint income. Forrest also learns that, with his current income, if he files now, his petition will be denied. Will Forrest get a real job to be able to file for a K1?
