Gabe and Mahmoud from 90 Day Fiance came into the limelight after their fight in The Other Way Tell All. From the very beginning, Mahmoud had an issue with how his wife, Nicole, had been dressing. Gabriel called the Egyptian man out while asking if he would ever force his religion on their future kid. While Gabe faced backlash for allegedly “disrespecting” Mahmoud’s religion, he has now said that the latter hurled transphobic slurs at him!
90 Day Fiance: Gabe Comes At Mahmoud Again For Using Transphobic Names For Him!
There was a very heated moment in the Tell All special from 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Gabe and Mahmoud got into a fight. Lots of fans interpreted it as the Florida man disrespecting Islam. But he has finally spoken up about this on his Instagram. Well, Gabe became the first trans man to showcase his journey on the show. He took to the comments section to specify to a fan that Mahmoud used derogatory transphobic slurs against him. As per Gabriel, Mahmoud used the word “he/she” and also asked him “what he was” as he didn’t know, and “other names.” He added that people are “shown” what is edited for TV.
Gabe defended himself again in the comments. He told 90 Day Fiance fans that he never meant to call out anyone’s religion. Instead, his argument was about “acceptance.” There was also an instance on the show where Mahmoud took his mic off and walked away from the cameras while calling Gabe an “a**hole.” So, fans aren’t finding it hard to believe that Mahmoud could have very well used transphobic slurs for the American man. So far, he or Nicole has not yet responded to these allegations.
90 Day Fiance: Gabe Says He Isn’t A “Fan” Of Mahmoud, Calls Him “Controlling”
Gabe and Mahmoud had a one-on-one during the time of Tell All. It was pretty intense as the former questioned the latter’s religion and teachings. During the backstage moment, the Florida man talked to Mahmoud’s wife, Nicole. He was clear while saying he wasn’t a “fan” of her husband. He also noted that Mahmoud being 30, is “too young” to be having a mind that is so controlling, while Nicole is 38. Many 90 Day Fiance fans reacted to Gabe’s stance. They questioned him and asked who was he to be judging other people’s religion. They also found the way he talked to the Muslim man “disrespectful.”
The argument began when Gabe wanted to know if Mahmoud would want his future daughter to wear a hijab all the time. The latter said Islam never teaches people to cover themselves, and the choice is up to the person. So, Gabe immediately asked how it was okay for him always to ask his wife Nicole what to wear and do.
