The 90 Day Fiance franchise is opening a lot of gates when it comes to inclusivity and awareness. Gabriel Paboga became the first trans man to make his debut on the show. His chemistry with his girlfriend, Isabel, is off the charts, and the viewers admire them immensely. The castmate’s journey of being transgender also gave rise to a new brand he started on his own by GMP, i.e., Get More Proud wear.
Recently, on his Instagram handle, Gabe finally revealed what he used to look like before undergoing his sex reassignment surgery. On his Instagram stories, Gabe from 90 Day Fiance put up pictures from his childhood. It was a video of him holding photo frames featuring photographs from when he was a kid. The caption said a lot has changed in the last “ten years.”
Gabriel has been very upfront about his journey as a trans man on the show. He came out to his girlfriend, Isabel, a day after they met and discovered they liked each other. So far, the couple has not had any problems in the show, and Isabel has been very supportive of her partner.

The castmate started feeling more confident in dressing in boys’ clothing since kindergarten. It happened when Gabe saw his cousin’s friend doing so. Then as a teenager, especially at 16, he started to associate with being a lesbian and would often wear basketball shorts.
At last, when he was 22 years old, he made the decision to undergo surgery. The latest 90 Day Fiance episodes featured Gabe and Isabel going to doctors again for more “surgeries.” So far, the couple has not told the audience what kind of surgery he would be getting. But as the American resident was moving his hand around his chest often, fans deduced it was going to be a “top surgery.”
While Gabe has already undergone it and appeared topless in the episodes, it seems he is not happy with the results and wants to undergo it again.
