It has been almost two years since Geoffrey Paschel went to prison. Yet, his relationship with Varya Malina from 90 Day Fiance is still going strong. They continue to be together while the former is in prison while the latter is taking care of his house and assets. Even after such a long time behind bars, Geoffrey and Varya want to prove his innocence and get him out.
As per Starcasm, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals declared that they have sided with the trial court’s verdict for Geoffrey’s case. Hence, they denied his appeal. But that hasn’t been the end. The new updates suggest that now Geoffrey’s team of lawyers will appeal to the Supreme Court to take another look at his court case.
Hence, on November 13, Geoffrey filed for an appeal to the Supreme Court. General Edwin Alan Groves, Jr., who is an Assistant Attorney, also filed an answer for the same. It said that the defendant will have to wait now to see if the Supreme Court decides to hear his appeal or not. There has been no update since then as to when that will happen.

Most of the letter contained how grateful Geoffrey was for Varya’s presence in his life. He also had regrets about not being able to join her for the holidays and vacations she had been taking by herself. At the same time, the inmate also gave his partner some bad news.
He stated how the officials found a phone in his cell. So, Geoffrey feared that he would get sent to the bad unit to live. As for him, life in prison was already bad, and he didn’t want it to be worse.
