Gino’s ex-wife, Jasmine, was really into sucking toes as a form of intimacy. So, Gino thought all his future partners would be into it. But Natalie immediately shut down that idea, saying she would never do that.

As a backup plan, Gino asked Natalie to rub lotion on his back. Gino explained that his back tends to get stiff. Gino took his t-shirt off. Natalie obliged and started rubbing lotion on his back. However, instead of being grateful, he complained about how cold her hands were. This left fans to question why Gino is the way he is, turning everything awkward and entitled. In answer to this, Gino says, “Uhmm, you know…I just don’t wanna say the wrong word.” Gino avoids eye contact with Natalie as he struggles to simply answer a yes or no to the question. Natalie states in the confessional that she finds this extremely disrespectful.

Gino’s inability to answer the question simply is enough for Natalie. She has had enough of the evasiveness. She gets up and leaves to Gino’s surprise. He asks her where she is going, completely clueless that his answer is disrespectful. “I just wanna go home,” Natalie answers as Gino, and the camera crew follows her out. Her voice is cracked, and she’s clearly upset.

Gino, on the other hand, couldn’t figure out what caused her to leave. He says they were having a good conversation, so why did she leave? His inability to clearly commit to one woman is clear here. He wants to pursue Natalie, but won’t stop talking to other women. The way he tries to stall answering the question is cringeworthy. But now that Natalie has left, he cannot figure out why.
