However, certain things, like geographical differences and family values, are creating difficulties. Matt and Amani have to divorce to bring Any to their country. Amani created a scene when she learned that Matt and Any got intimate without her.
It felt like she was in a competition with her own husband. Amani wanted to prove that she is more important in the relationship. It might also stem from the fact that Amani is the main breadwinner of the family. Matt is more chilled and a stay-at-home dad. So she is the one who wears the pants in the relationship.
