Jamal stated, “I think when you lie to yourself enough, and lie to people enough, the stress becomes real, and I think she just didn’t wanna think about it.” Jamal shared how many times he asked Kimberly to search for his sister. But she didn’t want to do it, so he started looking for her himself.

However, the TLC star couldn’t succeed because he wasn’t legally allowed to receive any information about her. Jamal feels disheartened that they couldn’t find her for so long.
