90 Day Fiance: Jasmine & Gino Filed For Divorce In Different States?

90 Day Fiance stars Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo have accepted that their marriage wouldn’t ever work, and they are determined to part ways as well. Several sources have claimed that the former even served a Notice of Action For Publication of Dissolution of Marriage in Tampa’s weekly La Gaceta newspaper in September 2025.

TMZ further revealed that Jasmine sent a notice that read, “YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Petition for Dissolution of Marriage has been filed against you.” On the other hand, Gino Palazzolo also hired a lawyer, who then contacted a famous blogger, Shabooty, to spill the tea. He claimed that Palazzolo filed for the divorce first, not Jasmine. He further told the noted blogger that Gino served papers on Jasmine at least two weeks before she claimed she did.

Whoever served the papers first, it is sure that 90 Day Fiance stars Jasmine and Gino are officially parting ways. Amid all this, the former recently talked about the current status of her divorce. Well, it all started when Jasmine decided to congratulate Michael Ilesanmi on his divorce becoming official. She appeared to be really happy for him and took the comments section and wrote, “Mine it’s coming soon.”

Jasmine further asked Michael to celebrate with her and added, “Let’s celebrate together.” She even added the hashtag “freefromthedevil.” Yes, she clearly called Gino a devil and told her audience that she was about to get free from his shackles. However, the celeb’s comment gathered a lot of attention, and people were replying to her a lot. Hence, Jasmine had to delete her comment.

Jasmine then shared Michael’s story and explained that she was deleting her comment because she was getting many notifications. However, she made it clear that she was really happy for Michael and loved how free he was now.
