The public record listed both Branistareanu Mathew and Palazzolo Yazmin as the owners. They bought the property in November 2025 for $520000. The TLC couple’s new house includes three bathrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and two bathrooms. Jasmine’s house also has a central heating and cooling system with laundry dryer hookups in the garage.

The lavish property has a two-car attached garage and a gorgeous swimming pool in the backyard. It also has outdoor features, such as a patio and a garden. According to Realtor.com, the property featured a large garage and a front patio with high windows. Jasmine already introduced the major features of her home on social media. Some viewers earlier asked her if she had two kitchens.

Hence, she explained that she doesn’t have two kitchens. But a wet bar with a sink, coffee machine, and fridge, along with a cooking area.
