He came as Debbie Aguero’s love interest, and they both hit it off instantaneously. Everyone loved seeing their wholesome journey on the show. Debbie Aguero stumbled across Ruben on 90 Day Fiance through a dating app. At first, she was scared about pursuing a relationship with him. That was because she had lied to him about her age. Despite this, the latter had no issues. He also didn’t disapprove of her after finding out about her relationship with the 24-year-old Oussama. Hence, they had a good going.
Ruben the Cuban, nicknamed by Debbie, became a fan favorite. He was very friendly, loving, and likable. It looks like many 90 Day Fiance stars got drawn to his personality. One of them was Jovi Dufren. Fans must already know how he and his wife, Yara, want to move from New Orleans, Louisiana, to Miami, Florida. So, they have been frequently visiting the southeastern state.
In a new post on Ruben’s social media, he poses with Jovi Dufren. He also shared many pictures of all the new Cuban food he got to try during the outing and reviewed them. The latter was also happy about their meet-up and takes to the comments section to thank him. Jovi is grateful that Ruben showed him some really cool spots in Miami.

When Ruben and Debbie began dating, both of them were clear about their intentions. The couple wanted a long-lasting relationship and were confidently spending time with eachother. The former had even invited the latter to Miami so he could show her the Cuban culture. He made sure he introduced her to his family.
Despite him being in his late 50s and Debbie in her late 60s, the age has never bothered the lovebirds. They have also shared many pictures of eachother on social media. But fans are still not sure if they have continued to date or decided just to be friends. Well, only the upcoming seasons will clarify how their bond has been going.
