Hence, the TLC star has been focusing on positive things and spreading awareness about ovarian cancer. Recently, Liz shared a post about Summer Run for the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance. She is helping collect donations for the great cause. The TLC star wrote, “Thank you @itskimberly, for my first donation on my ovarian cancer run.”

90 Day Fiance fans are glad to see Menzies still supporting Liz despite all the drama between them. They liked seeing the duo not let such small issues ruin their friendship.
