Before she whisks him away to the US, she tells him about the Southern US people, popularly called rednecks. But Rasit has concerns. What does Rsit say about it? Keep reading for the full story.
Mallorie is ready for a new chapter in the season premiere of 90 Day Fiance. The Alabama native lands in Turkey to finally meet her fiance, Rasit. She travels to Marmaris and hopes to bring him back to the United States soon. Mallorie is excited to see Turkey’s beautiful scenery and spend time with Rasit’s family and friends. She also wants their relationship to grow stronger before they begin life together in America. Mallorie cannot stop praising Rasit’s looks and proudly calls him a perfect 10.
Mallorie says her life in America is full of fun, friends, and social events. She plans carefully because she does not want any issues with Rasit moving to the US. She also calls him “Ras” because his full name is hard for her to pronounce. Rasit is 29 and works as a boat captain in Marmaris. Fans like the couple but wonder why he would leave beautiful Marmaris for Alabama.
In a sneak peek from the upcoming season of 90 Day Fiance, Mallorie and Rasit plan to go to her hometown. Prior to that, Mallorie wants to give pointers on people in the southern US, often stereotyped as rednecks. Rasit, a Marmaris native, asks her about it. Mallorie describes rednecks as people who love NASCAR, hunting, and their country, America. This prompts Rasit to state that rednecks don’t like other countries or Muslims, which he is. Mallorie then corrects him with a more positive outlook on rednecks.
The Alabama native states that, as there are good and bad people all around, the same applies to rednecks. There are good rednecks and bad rednecks. Rasit then wants to know if she had redneck friends, to which Mallorie confirms she actually does have redneck friends. Rasit’s concerns about rednecks are not really wrong, and neither are Mallorie’s.
In the trailer, when Rasit meets Mallorie’s family and friends, they seem to have fun. But considering it’s reality TV, there will be a point of conflict regarding Rasit’s background and religion soon. Fans are also concerned about the same from Rasit to Mallorie. They have to wait until more episodes are released. Season 12 of 90 Day Fiance premiered on May 10. For more updates, follow TV Season & Spoilers.
