Amani was suspicious of Any, so she decided to contact her ex, Ray.
They met Ray and discovered that he was the one through whom they used to send money to Any. Amani always wondered why they needed to send her money through a third person, and now they were shocked to discover that she was still close to her ex. Ray further told them that Any’s real name is Brenda. He even clarified that it was her official name, and it was even on her ID.
It’s funny how they used to send her money and didn’t even know his real name. Moreover, they were planning to get married to her. Ray further elaborated that he always thought that he had a solid relationship with Any. He even met her daughter and her other kids. Matt and Amani were shocked. They accepted that they had only met Any’s daughter. They have still not met her other kids.
Matt even told the cameras that it felt weird to know that Ray was closer to Any than they were. By the end of the episode, they had invited Any to dinner.
