However, things went downhill when the 90 Day Fiance star was charged with possessing and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The reality TV celeb is facing 2 charges of child pornography. Mike was arrested on June 15 and appeared for trial on June 28. Further, the former TLC star was released on a $20000 bond and a list of conditions.
According to Starcasm, Eloshway has to follow a list of conditions, including not changing addresses, not committing any more crimes, and appearing in court for the trial. Further, he cannot use a computer or laptop with any internet access unless it’s for work. Mike needs to maintain distance from any minor child. The court has ordered him to be away from any child under 18 without the presence of a guardian other than his own daughter.
But it appears that the conditions had put Mike in a pathetic state. The indictment led to him getting fired from his job. The 90 Day Fiance celeb is the sole caregiver of his daughter and a sister with stage four cancer. Hence, Mike wants to freely seek employment after losing his job to take care of his family.
