It does not surprise anyone that Thomas is completely in love with his fiance Paula, in 90 Day Fiance Season 12. He went all out to give her a special airport welcome out of love, which instantly melted hearts. After eventually getting back together, the couple gave each other a deep emotional hug, showing how strong their bond is.

Then, to her surprise, Thomas showed her a flask of cooked beans, rice, and tofu that he had made for her. After her trip, Paula was hungry, so she happily tried the food and couldn’t hide her smile at the kind gesture. Thomas made a proud victory sign to mark his efforts. Nailed it moment!

90 Day Fiance: Paula Confronts Thomas Over Empty Apartment

In 90 Day Fiance Season 12, Paula eventually goes to Thomas’ apartment and is shocked by what she sees. With very little furniture and no clear effort to meet her expectations, the room seems to be almost empty. She remembers telling Thomas many times before her arrival that she needed a suitable dining table, couch, and storage section. Instead, she found an uncomfortable and incomplete setup. When she finds that nothing has changed since their previous chats, she becomes more and more irritated. Before she moves to the US, she starts questioning if Thomas really took her words seriously.

Paula asks Thomas where the improvements he promised are and confronts him right away about the lack of changes within the apartment. She points at the tiny floor-level table and refuses to use it as a dining setup for their future together. Thomas replies that he has been living this way for months and that he really likes it. After their earlier chats, Paula strongly rejects and shares her feelings of disrespect and dishonesty. Irritated, she tells Thomas that unless that apartment is changed right away, she won’t stay.

Later, Thomas shows Paula a tiny closet where she can keep her clothing, but she is even more shocked by how small it is. Thomas tells her that other storage spaces are already filled and will take some time to clear. Paula is even more irritated and reminds him that she gave up her nice life and career in Brazil for him. She says she can wait no more than 7 days and that she will leave if he doesn’t make improvements. Paula is firm in her expectations and rejects Thomas’s request for time to adjust.
