Nikki and Justin are the newer faces of 90 Day Fiance season 10. The couple had dated once before their current relationship. But they broke things off due to ‘certain’ reasons. And now they are dating again. Justin seems to have accepted Nikki’s gender identity. And things were going pretty well for the two until recently.
Justin told Nikki about certain “friends” he had in the past, and all hell broke loose. And now Nikki is having second thoughts about their entire relationship. Read more to know these “friends” and why Nikki is upset.
90 Day Fiance: Nikki Upset After Justin’s “Sex Friends” Revelation
TLC stars Nikki and Justin are giving their relationship a second chance on 90 Day Fiance. Nikki had kept her transgender ‘identity’ a secret, and that led to their breakup. So, fans thought there would be no secrets or ‘blasts from the past’ this time. However, Justin still has a few secrets of his own. They might be what breaks the relationship this time.
In the recent episode, Justin told Nikki that he had “sex friends.” He mentioned that he “physically needed stuff,” but that was it. However, this was before he got “engaged with Nikki.” Then, Justin went on to explain how this was a normal occurrence in Moldova. It was clearly a wrong move, and it didn’t pacify Nikki. In fact, the US transgender star was clearly distraught.
Nikki explained that this was wrong because they “were already together.” The star also didn’t like Justin’s logic of such things being normal in Moldova. She even tried to elaborate on it, adding that they were “already going on vacations together.” However, Justin was adamant about not being in the wrong.
The Moldovan native then tried to reason, saying the pair was just “talk(ing) about (their) plans. And since they were just in a “talk(ing)” phase, he didn’t think having such ‘friends’ was wrong. Justin also emphasized that he didn’t think things were that serious between him and Nikki at that time. But he doesn’t have any such friends now.
But Nikki had had enough. She just felt like Justin was using her. The 90 Day Fiance star expressed her frustration, saying she meant “nothing to” Justin. In fact, the whole situation is now making Nikki doubt their entire relationship. She is “question(ing) everything.”
However, Justin still tried to make her see that it was the past. And he wants to be with Nikki now. But the US beauty is just done with everything. In the clip, Nikki even gives the audience the impression of hopelessness about the future of the relationship.
90 Day Fiance: Are Nikki & Justin Still A Couple?
After watching the recent episode, fans are worried about the couple. So, we took the liberty to do a little snooping. And here is what we found. Nikki had posted a selfie with Justin on their joint Instagram account, @reallifebarbieandken. The May 2023 post caption was, “11 months waiting on our K1 Visa us. Any day now we should hear some good news”.
The 90 Day Fiance star had also posted some photos of the couple on her solo Instagram page. She had expressed her joy at being with Justin in “real-time.” But Justin’s Instagram page has nothing about Nikki, apart from the official show trailer.
However, Nikki had posted something on her Instagram page in September 2023. It said, “DISTANCED RELATIONSHIP(S)” requires “communication, respect, trust, love and commitment.” Along with this, she added that people in love put in efforts in the relationship.
