The 90 Day Fiance star’s face turned red when his mom tried to interact with her. Lidia asked why Sophie hadn’t committed to Pedro.

She stated, “She has to try a Dominican man. She has to try the eggs, the salami, the plantain.” Sophie tried to understand what Pedro’s mom had been trying to say as she heard the references to eggs and plantain. Pedro quickly intervened and urged his mom to stop. He took Sophie away while he was still processing what his mom had just said to her.

The Dominican Republic native hesitated a bit before translating what his mom was actually saying to her. Jimeno explained that his mom thinks Sophie didn’t get intimate with him, yet that’s what she wasn’t committing to him. He stated, “That’s embarrassing, bro. In front of everybody, she said, “Oh my god, the reason why Sophie is not committed to you is that you have not give him some plantains.”

Pedro couldn’t control his laughter, thinking that his mom said everything in front of everyone, while Sophie was still trying to process everything.
