90 Day Fiance: Rebecca Reveals Zied Was Unhappy When He First Arrived In America

There was a time when 90 Day Fiance fans accused Zied of using Rebecca for the Green Card. She did so herself! But it looks like the American dream didn’t impress Zied as much as he thought it would. Let us take a look at his reaction when he first arrived at the land of the free.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Coming To America Was a Struggle For Zied

Rebecca revealed that Zied said that it wasn’t what he thought it would be. Adding that he was extremely unhappy, Rebecca stated that he missed his family. The struggle was hard and what made matters worse was the massive argument the couple got into.

Trying to understand how he must have felt, Rebecca stated that if she was going to Tunisia to live there permanently, she would have had some expectations. Of course, sitting at home in quarantine couldn’t have possibly crossed anyone’s mind!

The 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After star also revealed that he encountered many new experiences when they joined the cast. Rebecca mentioned that Zied has never been in a long-term relationship before. Neither has the reality TV star been to another country in his entire life. Not to mention, he was never married, as reported by US Magazine.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Rebecca Hoping For a Smooth Transition For Zied

Even though there were a lot of changes to cope up with, Rebecca was hoping that Zied would have transitioned smoothly to the American lifestyle. But all well that ends well, both were grateful that he was able to arrive in America. Especially at a time when strict travel restrictions wouldn’t allow people to even visit another country.

Rebecca went on to state that they got an email about Zied’s interview being moved up a week to her birthday. So, the didn’t end up doing anything for that day. She revealed that Covid-19 hit just after he got to America and the national lockdown was in place. This clearly shows that the couple escaped a massive physical separation which can be hard on even the strongest individuals.

The private investigator didn’t get off on the right start with her Tunisian husband Zied. Initially, she was skeptical about his intentions and even ran a background check. But it turned out that instead of him, she was the one keeping secrets. Rebecca hid the fact that she was technically married and that she had been in a relationship with a woman.
