Herman even threatened Sam to take Citra back to Indonesia if Sam ever went to prison. As fans know, Sam’s March 27, 2023 arrest charges include felony possession of cocaine and buprenorphine. His charges also include misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
One good news is that the court dropped Sam’s cocaine possession charges. Sam had to post bail for $2500, and the cops released him on March 28, 2023. He then chose to go through a diversion program. The program includes classes and drug screenings. And if Sam misses the screenings, the 90 Day Fiance star can go to jail. The former part is true, and the fans are worried about the latter.
Sam was set to have a hearing on January 5, 2024, but the court shifted it to January 26. But the court canceled the January 26 hearing as well. The court has not given any rescheduled date for the 90 Day Fiance star’s case.

Sam had talked about the wedding planning, saying it was hectic. But marrying each other was “all worth it.”
The wedding had many emotional moments, such as Sam’s brother officiating the ceremony. Another emotional moment was when Citra’s mother gave her away.
