However, the mother took to Instagram to share her son’s name is “not” Covid. In fact, the baby’s name is Koban. Then she spelled out the latter name and said, “not Covid.” Moreover, the mother also added that just because the baby was made in China, she wouldn’t name him that.
Meanwhile, one fan noted that if they saw a name written Koban, they would spell it out as “Ko-Bahn.” But the mother has been pronouncing it as “Ko-Bin,” which sounds exactly like Covid. Hence, the baby’s name has created a lot of confusion about the pronunciation among the fans. Apart from this, the mother hasn’t specified why she named her son Koban. It could be possible that the baby’s name is inspired by his father, Kobe.
