90 Day Fiance star Thais was arrested in Nevada on May 22 as she was facing charges of domestic battery misdemeanor. Her mugshot made headlines, and she had to pay a $3,000 bond to be released. According to the documents, Thais had to appear in court again on July 20, 2026. But it seems that she wouldn’t have to appear now.

A famous reality TV blogger, Kikiandkibbitz, recently confirmed that charges against Thais had already been dropped due to “DA Denial.” Apparently, it seems that the District Attorney declined to prosecute the case after reviewing all the details. While the exact reason for this denial wasn’t mentioned in the court documents, fans took a sigh of relief.

90 Day Fiance: Thais Finds Support From THESE Female Co-Stars While Others Publicly Slam Her

The 90 Day Fiance franchise took sides, and cast members are openly supporting and calling out Thais after her DV arrest. Shekinah Garner was among the first cast members to react, openly slamming Thais. She straight away wrote, “She’s a violent person, period. Deport her ass.” Shekinah then clarified that she didn’t make this comment because Thais was an immigrant. She believes that domestic violence against anyone isn’t tolerable at all.

On the other hand, several female cast members openly support Thais.
