On her Instagram stories, Tania made a very upfront post. In it, she came clean about not being her best self. It turns out the TLC has fallen victim to ‘seasonal depression.’ She explained more about her plight in the post and what has been causing it. Apparently, her native state, Connecticut, tends to get very cold during winters. Hence, the American has been feeling the blues. However, her post also took an optimistic turn when the 30-year-old explained that she had been trying to fight it off.
The Connecticut resident revealed that she aims to speed walk and practice yoga at least four times a week. This would help get her “body moving” and fight off the “winter blues”. Eventually, Tania also addressed all other Instagram followers who are feeling the same way. The TLC celebrity advised them to be “gentle with themselves”. Although she didn’t mention it, fans believe her breakup can be the major reason for her mental devastation. She and her ex Syngin parted ways this year and announced it a month ago.
