90 Day Fiance star Patrick Mendes doesn’t want to delay the divorce process anymore. He already filed the divorce paperwork on May 21, and Thais had to respond within 21 days. The TLC star demanded sole legal and physical custody of his daughter, Aleesi. Mendes also appealed for a Honda Ridgeline, a Fidelity 401 (k), and a Tempur-Pedic mattress. He decided to file for a default divorce disposition when his estranged wife couldn’t respond to the filing before the deadline.

The reality TV star may likely get everything he wants if the judges approve his request. According to Nevada State Law, Thais had 21 Calendar days to respond to the divorce filing before he could file a summary disposition. Fans hope that Thais and Patrick can find common ground and give their daughter a safe environment.

Thais Ramone is trying to put her life back on track. She faced some legal challenges because of her alleged DV incident. Recently, TMZ obtained the 90 Day Fiance star’s arrest video. The clip showed Ramone talking to the police officers after Patrick called 911 about the alleged domestic violence incident. The latter complained to the officers that his wife got upset over his presence at home and struck him with her hands.

Thais explained to the cops that her husband changed his mind at the last minute about their daughter, Aleesi, going to Brazil for her birthday trip. So, he took their daughter to say goodbye to her mom. Ramone tried to assure her officials that they had never had violent fights before.

But they decided to arrest her over Domestic Battery after watching the scratches on her husband’s face. The officials removed Aleesi before placing Thais in handcuffs. They explained the process to her and how she could contact people to get bail. The 90 Day Fiance star claimed in the video that her husband was controlling during their relationship. Thais told the officials that she acted in self-defense.
