In a short clip from Season 3 of The Last Resort, the 90 Day Fiance stars shared their personal reason to join the show. At first, Shekinah and Sarper opened up about how they were constantly butting heads and were almost on the verge of divorce. Then, Jenny explained that since she lost independence in her in-laws’ house, she found herself dying in suffocation.

Next, Paola and Russ mentioned that their growing distance is the reason for several of their marital issues. As she mostly stayed out of the house to earn a living, their relationship deteriorated. Kara and Guillermo, too, were juggling a lot. With much insecurities, cheating allegations, and her OF career, things are pretty much bumpy and awkward. Likewise, Patrick and Thais shared how they are having a sexless marriage.

90 Day Fiance: Money Conversation Takes An Ugly Turn Among The Last Resort Stars!

On The Last Resort, the 90 Day Fiance couples might have plenty of issues going on between them, but nothing is as weighty as money. At Thornbury Castle in England, Patrick accused Paola of gold-digging, and she tearfully fired back at him right there at the dinner table. She said she has no gold to dig since she is the alpha female in her marriage to Russ.

Paola is the sole breadwinner for her family, while Russ stays home to enjoy time with their son. But Patrick somehow refused to listen to the women in the room. He kept pushing her buttons by talking bullshit about how men are supposed to have a big wallet. Paola realized Thais’ husband doesn’t understand how tough it is for her to hustle all the time.

Paola wants to take care of her son as Russ can. However, he always expects her to provide for the family. When Patrick looked down upon her for earning, she had to speak up for herself because Russ was silent. She tried not to yell at Patrick, who told her he isn’t jealous of her as he does the same thing.

Patrick soon defended by assuring Paola that he completely understands her. He remarked that what he does for his wife and daughter is out of love, not to show value. This made Shekinah call out Patrick for his double standards.
