90 Day Fiance: All About Loren & His Ex Wife’s Divorce! Child Support Details
As per some official documents by inTouch, Loren and his ex Cheyenne tied the knot in 2011 i.e. more than a decade ago. But three years later, the latter wanted to part ways with her husband. But it took the couple 2 more years to get their divorce finalized in 2015. They also had temporary restraining orders for eachother. The petition said that Cheyenne demanded, “all personal and household items currently in his possession, a 2000 Chevy Impala.”
As per the restraining orders, the ex couple was not allowed to move, damage, or sell each other’s possessions without permission. They also couldn’t assign, transfer, borrow, lapse, surrender or change entitlement of any insurance policies. This included them and “of any dependent children.”
Cheyenne then made a plan about how they would take care of their two kids. She said Loren wasn’t being very involved with them i.e., “willful abandonment.” Because of this, they went to court to initiate child support. At first, Loren was making about $1,497 a month, and he had to pay $135.50 for each child, which added up to $271 a month.
Later, in 2019, the court found out Loren was making more money i.e., about $2,491 a month. But they thought he could earn even more if he worked harder, so they increased how much he had to pay. Now, he had to give $383.50 for each child, totaling $767 a month. Keep an eye on TV Season & Spoilers for more 90 day Fiance news.
