The legal drama is continuing between Mohamed and Yvette. It all started when the wife discovered her husband’s cheating scandal. As Arellano’s lawyer confirmed, Mohamed was talking to two women at the time. The husband became friends with the woman and started plotting how to get U-visa. And then, he also laid a plan for what to do if Yvette found out. For those unaware, a U-visa is for victims of certain crimes who suffered mental and physical abuse. So, when the 90 Day Fiance celeb learned about her husband’s cheating, it created a mess. Arellano tried to snatch Mohamed’s phone, and while doing that, the husband said his wife had attacked him. Meanwhile, a rep of Yvette says that Mohamed falsified the accusations against their client.
Similarly, Yvette Arellano virtually appeared for her arraignment regarding the domestic violence charges as per InTouch Weekly. The TLC celeb’s rep Dominique Enchinton noted that Yvette has pled not guilty. The hearing took place on September 6 via the Albuquerque Metropolitan court. Likewise, Arellano’s pre-trial conference is set for October 4, 2022. Meanwhile, Mohamed also claimed that he saw messages between his wife and another man. The husband thought that his wife was cheating on him. However, 90 Day Fiance Yvette was actually looking for protection due to Mohamed’s erratic behavior.

With so many accusations at his door, the wife accused her husband of another thing. Mohamed Abdelhamed is facing “immigration charges” made by Yvette. The wife’s attorney Kathleen Martinez has prepared to file charges against the husband. Besides, the Dominique Enchinton of Domiton Talent House will assist Yvette in shedding light on the matter. The attorney will be Yvette and will ensure that Mohamed doesn’t stay in the US under false pretense. The 90 Day Fiance couple isn’t together but still needs to file for a divorce.
