Recently, in 90 Days Bares All, Jenny revealed a piece of shocking news about their marriage’s ongoing effort. Sumit’s parents once allowed Jenny to tie the knot with the son and go away from India. But why are they now going against the marriage?
90 Days Fiance: Sumit’s Parents Bonded With Jenny On Their First Meeting
It’s been almost ten years for Sumit and Jenny to have known each other. Two of them first met in 2013. Back then, Jenny flew to India to meet Sumit. Jenny stayed at Sumit’s parent’s house for four months. And Soap Dirt confirmed that Sumit’s parents bonded well with Jenny. Sahna and her husband Anil also cherished having Jenny at their house. They even considered her to be a good person.
Jenny also confirmed that it was a good stay for her as well. Sumit’s mother, Sahna, stitched an outfit for Jenny. Anil and Sahna treated Jenny like Sumit’s any other female friend. However, things only changed when they got to know that the two were more than just friends.
90 Days Fiance: Sumit’s Mother Agreed With Jenny To Marry Her Son, But Not In India
Yes, it is true that Sahna once told Jenny to marry her son. As per Jenny, Sahna told her to take away her son to her hometown and marry there. Sahna and Anil always considered what their society would say about them. Therefore, they didn’t want anyone to know about Sumit’s marriage. Sahna and Anil were concerned about what their relatives and society will speak of Sumit after he marries a woman older than him. His parents did not want to see the marriage happening in front of their eyes. They agreed with the marriage but put a condition not to make it happen in India. Sahna said Jenny to marry his son in the U.S., where Jenny lives. Sumit’s parents wanted their son to fly to the U.S. and never come back. In this way, no one would have ever known about the marriage.
Jenny claims that Sumit’s mother Sahna also sent the couple to American Embassy to know what they needed to get married. Well, things didn’t go as planned. Jenny was not able to bring Sumit to the U.S. because of her financial problems. If things had been well at that time, both would have been married by now. However, the same didn’t happen.
90 Days Fiance: Sumit’s Parent’s Decision Took The U-Turn
Instead of calling Sumit to the US, Jenny flew to India. This time things even got worst. Sumit’s parents got against the marriage. Sahna and Anil stood still on their decision. Until now, they do not want their son to get married. It will be okay for them if Sumit remains unmarried forever, but it will not be okay to see him get married to Jenny.
