Bachelor Nation: Katie & John Announce Their Break Up
The reality stars took to Instagram to make their respective announcements. Thruston’s post was very vague. She only stated, “we are no longer together.” Fans were left guessing what she meant. Is she suggesting that she split from John, or are they just geographically separated? While some viewers were optimistic, some started venting their frustration, assuming they had split.
Fans think breakups are contagious as a while ago, another Bachelor Nation couple, Nayte Olukoya and Michelle Young, called off their engagement. However, Hersey cleared things out. He made a concrete announcement, and it was hard to miss that the couple had broken up. Meanwhile, John Hersey made a heartbreaking announcement. He first thanked the fans for being there for the couple. Moreover, Hersey wrote how he loves sharing everything with the fans but sharing bad news is always difficult. He then proceeded to tell them that he and Katie were no longer together.
Yet, John did not state the reason for their break up either. He also wrote how the fans made this relationship possible and will always be thankful to them.
