Savannah never imagined getting custody of her kids. The social media personality told People magazine that fighting for her mom and dad has been like any other. She said that no matter what, she has to put a smile on her face to play her role. She continued by saying that she had to struggle in a society where everyone lived. Even though Todd and Julie Chrisley are living prison lives, nothing can stop them from having their parts in Lifetime’s new show. Right now, the project is unnamed, but it will document the family’s struggle after the court hearing on their criminal case. According to TMZ, the production house informed some tabloids that phone calls would make it to the show.
Since cameras for filming aren’t legally allowed in jail, audio recordings will only be aired. The insider also claimed that the show is still in filming mode, and Savannah, along with her younger brother Chase, took executive producer seats. Everything from her getting siblings’ custody to legal proceedings will be included in the show.
Fans should wait for a short yet memorable part of Julie and Todd. The show’s scheduled release date is this year. This project came after the reality TV stars’ imprisonment two years ago. Earlier this year, Savannah admitted to working with a big production team for her own show, which was her idea.
Savannah shared that a renowned production house showed interest in their story. The Unlocked podcaster mentioned that they planned to drop the series on August 11th, which is her birthday.
