Savannah also added a broken heart and a prayer emoji to the post. It was a genuinely shocking post. Fans were trying to process how this was possible as Nanny had just told People she was okay. Savannah had also posted a video on her story. The clip stated that Nanny Faye passed away in October due to natural causes.
But then the show’s spoilers gave the audience a whiplash! The spoilers revealed that Nanny was a cancer patient. Savannah had reposted this video on her Instagram stories, so the fans were still confused. However, the spoilers soon cleared everything up. Apparently, a great-grandma named Nanny Faye did pass away, but she wasn’t Todd’s mom. This Nanny Faye had built the show’s fanbase on Tiktok, and Savannah had paid tribute to her.
