Chrisley Knows Best: What Are The New Release Dates Of Todd & Julie?
In June 2022, the court found Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie guilty of endless counts of financial fraud. So, the authorities sentenced them to 19 years of combined imprisonment. Both of them started serving their time in January. The patriarch reported to Federal Correctional Institution (FPI) Pensacola in Florida, while his wife did the same to FMC Lexington in Kentucky. As per the reports, Todd’s original release date was in 2035, while Julie’s was in January 2030. But as per the current scenario, it has shifted way back!
Recently, sources claimed that Todd’s prison release has moved up to January 22, 2033. This evidently is two years earlier than the original one. On the other hand, Julie’s current prison release date is on October 19, 2028. This is a year and three months earlier than the pre-fixed date. Fans were in shock and wondered why this sudden shift was made. However, to date, there is no explanation regarding the same. Amid all this, Jay Surgent (Todd and Julie’s attorney) stated, “I believe Todd is down to 10 years, and Julie is now at five years.” He further added, “Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences.”

Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie have never admitted that they have committed such crimes. They claim that the system tricked them and would do anything to get justice. Hence, the couple initially applied for “home confinement.” But didn’t get any luck as the court denied their plea. So, Todd and Julie’s new attorney, Jay Surgent, revealed that they would be taking the matter to the Supreme Court. Apparently, they believe that an IRS agent has made some inaccurate statements to “wrongfully” convict them.
Amid all this, sources revealed that Todd and Julie have been feeling “hopeless” now. Apparently, they would have to spend another year in the deteriorating conditions of the prison. Lately, there have been several reports claiming that the couple’s living conditions aren’t appropriate at all. They don’t have access to proper air ventilation and are suffering badly in the scorching heat.
