Counting On: TLC Cancelled Duggar Family Shows Over Josh Duggar’s Arrest

After the Duggar family’s eldest son’s allegations saw the day of light, TLC canceled their previously ongoing show Counting On. It was a spin-off of the popular show ’19 Kids and Counting’ that featured the family of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar and the life of their 19 kids. It ran for ten seasons after releasing in 2008. After that, TLC announced a spin-off for the show titled ‘Counting On.’ They again hired some cast members for the same. The show aimed to focus on the life of all the Duggar offspring and their extended families.

However, TLC canceled the show in 2021 itself after the serious allegations and arrest. As per the network’s statement, they canceled the show so that the infamous family could address “their situation” privately. Counting On premiered in the year 2015. Although Josh Duggar was not featured in the reality show, his wife Anna and six kids often shared screens. Apparently, it was primarily focused on all the Duggar daughters.
