Counting On: Jinger Duggar Shares Her Struggle With Trolls

Jinger Duggar always knew that being a public figure has its own challenges. However, she never wanted her kids to get involved in those struggles. US Weekly reported Jinger Duggar opening up about her strife in an episode of the “Dinner Party With Jeremy Fall” podcast. There, the star revealed how her and Jeremy Vuolo’s kids are affected by being a public figure. If Jinger posts a photo of her kids on Instagram, there are many people who praise them. But then, then there are people who say really mean things.

Jinger and Jeremy have two daughters, Felicity, 2, and Evangeline, 7 months. The reality star stated in wonder as to how people could speak ill about a kid who is just 2. Indeed, the star wishes to have no perks of fame if her kids are not safe. Furthermore, Jinger wants that no one recognizes her ever again. However, the latter couldn’t happen because Jinger and Jeremy are already public figures now. Jinger got to know about the wrestle of the fame only when she got out of her hometown in 2019. Before that, Jinger wasn’t aware of the struggle she was going to face.

Counting On: Jinger Exposes Her Childhood Secrets

Jinger Duggar also opened up about a lot of things in the podcast. The star talked about not being able to trust people, her parents getting her into fame as a child, and her being very uncomfortable being famous. However, the only thing which Jinger didn’t discuss was her brother’s child abuse case. Jinger Duggar talked about how men from all over the place were willing to date her and her sisters. Some even used to send her letters from prison.

Well, the most astonishing part was that Jim Bob and Michelle never restricted girls from reading those letters. Jinger stated in the podcast, “It was crazy. So, we constantly had letters coming in the mail. And, it was like, “Oh, who is it for this time?” It was mindblowing for Duggar girls as teenagers to think that there are people all around the world ready to walk into their lives to marry. However, seeing that there were some people from the prison world as well definitely made Jinger concerned.

Jinger further explained how people watching 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On thought to have a relation with the Duggar kids as they saw them growing up. However, Jinger and her siblings never had that personal bond with the viewers. Indeed, it was not comfortable to be used to such fame, which her parents grabbed. Let us wait to see what more secrets will be out, as the TLC has finally canceled the show, Counting On.
