When it is Days of Our Lives we talk about, a dead character coming back to life isn’t all that bizarre. Especially, if it is fan favorite one. We have seen this go down way too many times to be surprised about it. However, what’s actually surprising is that DOOL hasn’t brought this one back yet! If you haven’t guessed who we are talking about, it is Abigail! The makers are just not ready to let Chad move on from her. Could this be because they do intend to bring her back after all? Let’s find out!
Chad Chokes Over The Thought Of Marriage With Stephanie
In the soap world nothing is forever! Er, except for the soaps of course! But, yeah, not even the much loved iconic super couples tend to fall apart ever so often. However, Chad and Abigail are a stark contrast to that. Despite the fact that it’s been years since Abby passed, Chad has still not moved on. Even though he is dating Stephanie and seems rather fond of her, he can’t seem to go all in.
It took him forever to actually take off his wedding ring on Days of Our Lives, and show some commitment to Stephanie. The two moved in together, but Chad clamped up at the very suggestion of marriage. It is clear that even after all this time he is not ready to give Abby’s place to anyone. And honestly, deep down it seems like Stephanie is starting to feel that too. Does that mean she will eventually back off from this relationship?
Chad and Abigail Are Each Other’s Forever on Days of Our Lives
Every day that Chad delays to make a formal commitment to Stephanie, is a gentle push that nudges her away from him on Days of Our Lives. She is bound to eventually realize that Chad can never be fully hers. There will always be the three of them in this relationship – she, him and Abigail. It is hard to imagine any woman settling for that sort of relationship. Besides, the makers obsession with not letting Abby remains in the past makes us feel that they will ultimately bring her back.
And like we said, it won’t be the first time a character returns from the dead on Days of Our Lives. Moreover, when that happens, we can say it without a shred of doubt that Chad will drop Stephanie like a hot potato for his Abby. No one can be his happily ever after expect for her. However, we wonder who will play her when the makers do bring her back. Th previous portrayers – Kate Mansi, Merci Miller. Or do you think there would be a new recast?
