Jada has been pretty much on her own in Salem after her father, the great Dr. Marcus, passed away on Days of Our Lives. Sure, the formerly divorced Jada is dating Eric Brady at the moment, but a girl needs some family to fall back on! And it looks like she is about to get one. The latest Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Jada’s younger sister, Talia, is returning to Salem. The extremely gorgeous actress, Aketra Sevllian, has been roped in to play the character.
While the brave Jada chose to be a Police Detective in Salem, her younger sister, Talia, chose to follow their father’s career path on Days of Our Lives. All this while, she had been away from Salem, studying to be a doctor. However, upon her return to town, she will ditch the Medical field. Jada will be shocked to learn that Talia doesn’t want to join the hospital as a doctor. Instead, she wants to work at the bakery. Could this become a reason of friction between the two sisters? We’ll have to wait and find out!
What Brings Talia To Salem On Days Of Our Lives?
But why would Talia ditch a career she studied so hard to get a degree for on Days of Our Lives? Perhaps she fears being compared to her father. She might feel that she won’t be able to live up to his reputation and achievements. There is also a possibility that after Jada chose the cop life, she felt forced to take up the medical field. Dr. Marcus probably wanted one of his children to take forward his legacy. Will Talia be holding that resentment against Jada?
Every time a new character enters the soap, the doors open for so many great fresh storylines on Days of Our Lives. We wonder if Jada is Talia’s only connection in town. The young woman has chosen to return home after so long. There could be some other reason behind that decision too! Perhaps she followed someone back to Salem from another city.
