The latest Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal that another DOOL exit is on the cards. As per the updates, actor Lucas Adams, who plays the character of Tripp Johnson, is leaving the soap opera. In the week of June 13-17, 2022, he will bid goodbye to his family and leave.
Days of Our Lives viewers keeping up with the soap know that Tripp has been a part of the Chanel-Allie storyline. Allie was involved with him, but then she realized that she loved Chanel and left Tripp for her. As of now, Tripp loves Allie and would take her back in a heartbeat. But he knows that Allie loves Chanel. Regardless of what he does, Allie will never choose him over Chanel.
Not only that, he had died recently trying to save Allie from the devil. But, it was Bo Brady’s spirit that gave him a second chance at life. So, now that Tripp has seen death so up close, he will not want to waste his life. He will decide to leave the town and start it all over. He would want to make a new life for himself. Further Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Tripp might leave Genoa City and move to Seattle, closer to his siblings.
While Adams might be leaving Days of Our Lives, he will reprise his role of Tripp in the Days o Our Lives spin-off Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem this July. Not only Tripp but his siblings Joe and Stephanie will also be seen on the spin-off. The official premise reveals that Steve and Kayla will visit their children in Seattle in the mini-series. So, it makes sense that Tripp would leave Salem and go to Seattle.
In the upcoming days, we will see an emotional goodbye. While Steve-Kayla will be sad about their son leaving, they will support his decision. How will Allie react when she gets this news?
